I have always wanted to be a DIY enthusiast, but living in rented accommodation tends to put a stop to all of that. When it became clear that we could afford to buy a place of their own, I was elated. All my DIY skills could now be nurtured. Little did I know that I would be nurturing them in such circumstances.
Nevertheless, this is where you will find all of my DIY attempts. Here you will not only find an initial explanation of why this blog exists, but also a description of the house and all my projects to date. Some of them are complete blog posts, others are a running commentary.
